Yup, at the underwear department of large stores, and in places that deal with the "more mature" woman. They're not cheap, but if you've ever sprained your ankle at the same time as you gave up smoking and you have a fitted bridesmaid's dress to fit into, they'll do wonders.

My Mom used to work for a military transport company back in the late 1940's & she said the only good reason to wear these was that the guys on the flights couldn't pinch her butt!
