I'm amused by the fact that whether it's "Music for the Girl Friend" or "Music for the Boy Friend" it's still a half naked girl on the cover :)

It is rather bizarre - the artist is George Petty and loads of all his girls wore ballet slippers, even in really inappropriate scenarios:
