this is AMAZING. as a teenager I ran a website for broadway child stars...wish I'd seen this then!

And I didn't actually know that Danielle Brisebois was the original Molly...I only recognize her as Archie Bunker's niece (or whatever) in that terrible last season of All in the Family.

Love this musical! I remember seeing commercials for this while growing up in NY.

My mom saw Annie when it was in previews at Goodspeed Opera House in Essex, Connecticut, before it went to Broadway; she really didn't think it was that great, and had no idea it would become the blockbuster it became.
