Quite scary. You'd only ever use it on the one part of yourself you wanted to get rid of.

...Alternately, you could use it on your food.

I have to admit that "overburdened fat folk" made me snicker. "Flesh reducing" makes is sound like a knife that will gradually trim the fat away.
