Use lemon jello + cool whip for the base; glacé fruits come out more often around Christmas for baking / fruitcakes, but they might be around now if you have a good baking section in a supermarket or specialty (Whole Foods) near you.

I have always wanted to try chiffon. Kind of glad it at least looks like what I always imagined it to when I was a kid--all light and fluffy-looking.
