what's funny is that sort of position was what they put me through for physical therapy for my back when I fell and hit the corner of a steel prep table

it was hell but it CAN be just the thing

But I imagine that it would be good to have trained professionals supervise that, instead of twisting yourself like a pretzel in the privacy of your own home. That looks downright dangerous.

well as someone who's had to spinal surgeries, stretching it out is good but not stretching it out like that.

actually the Teeter Hanger is very good for your spine.
