I don't know why I'm into these Ry-Krisp ads lately. A few year's after this, Ry-Krisp ads took a much douchier tone (new ad agency?) This one isn't too bad and it at least it's not as mean-spirited.

Apparently, Marion Talley's performing career was cut short after this because of family issues. There's a lesson there, kids. Having a "bathing suit" figure will not make your life problem-free.
i love the taste of rye krisp, so YES.

but carbing up to lose weight seems awfully counter-intuative.
The idea seems that you would eat the Ry-Krisp in place of regular bread so it probably had a bit more fiber and maybe a few less calories.
At least it isn't about the people around you gossiping about how much of a fat cow you are within earshot.
