i think that tag would/could be perhaps too broad and/or possibly confusing....we also don't encounter many grocery store ads....what do you think? i am open to feedback and arguments 'for'...
most of the vintage-aged ads for grocery stores/supermarkets would be regional and more generic, I think. it wasnt until the 90s or so that they became conglomorized into the wal marts and targets and costcos and etc.
I know we have a department store tag.....i'll add a 'store' tag....that way it's very general....in many cases we try to keep things broad and also keep in mind those in other countries--though of course conglomerates are taking over there too, but not as fast as in the states....
