Sadly, the best Mr. Ray's commercials are not on YT anymore - they featured a voice-over from Mr. Ray himself, who has a broad, flat Baltimore accent that made them really funny. He's the one announcing the phone number in this ad, and you can really hear it when he says "Oeh Fieve Fieve Fieve." You can see a clip from one of those commercials here.

Mavis by Vivaudou.  Vivaudou ads never fail to amaze me with their artwork and style (and color, and bizarre-ness). :D

The artist is Henry Clive, a prolific ad artist of the time.
