Love this periwinkle color, fabric, and girl. The fur piece is so, so non-PC now, though ... my gran had a fox biting its tail neck piece, gah. I thought it fun to play with as a girl. Those days are gone.
It resembles one! If you can look beyond the basics that an animal's skin served as a fashionable neck piece, it's striking that Gran's had an alligator clip stuck into the jaw bone of the head, which had been fitted with glass eyes. Then you'd make it grip its own tail to stay on the shoulders, or maybe farther up to make the fur snug the neckline more.
